Clubhouse Guidelines - A must read
« Thread Started on Dec 18, 2006, 8:00pm »

1) In order for a board to be made for a clubhouse, there should be at least five members (including the Founder)

2) The Founder must PM shelly247 for permission to start a new clubhouse, including the names of members and a passwrod to use, as well as a description of the clubhouse.

3) The Founder has to choose a Moderator to observe the board before PMing shelly247, with the Moderator's knowledge.

4) The only way around Guideline 3 is that if the founder is a Moderator/Global Moderator/Deputy/shelly247.

5) The clubhouse, once created, will be protected with the password the Founder chooses in the PM to shelly247.

6) The only people to know the password are:

  • shelly247
  • the moderator the Founder picked
  • The Founder
  • the members listed on the PM to shelly247

7) If more member/s are to join, the founder must PM the Moderator in charge and shelly247 with the name/s for security reasons.

8) If a non-member/s of the clubhouse is discovered posting inside, either the Moderator in charge or the Founder must PM shelly247. They will be dealt with accordingly, depending on past warnings/strikes they have recieved.

9) If there is not enough activity in the clubhouse, it will be deleted - the clubhouse is a privilege, and taking it for granted will lead to deletion.

10) Improper use of the clubhouse (ie. Insulting others, improper subjects) will lead to deletion.

11) The subjects of the clubhouses are to be discussion of ASOUE, ASOQE, around that area.
